Purpose
The data collected during our surveys is used for market research purposes only. You are free not to participate and can exit the survey any time. The data we collect will help our clients to develop and improve their products and services and ensure they are relevant to your interests and needs.
Data Collected
If you choose to take one of our surveys, we will collect the answers to all questions asked. Most questions can be left blank so it is almost entirely up to you which types of data you provide. We routinely collect the following types of data:
- Demographic (to understand the aggregate profile of respondents)
- Current location
- Preference data (so that we can find out what respondents like or dislike)
- PC configuration
- Website solicitation page address (client website surveys only)
- Online contact information (e.g. to contact winners of prize draws but never to be used for sending unsolicited communications)
There is no reasonable way for us to identify the individual person this data was collected from.
Data Access
This data will only be available to us and our agents and any analysis we conduct is published in aggregate form.
Data Retention
The data will be retained for as long as necessary for the above stated market research purposes. This means a period of up to 5 years if you choose to participate.
